(1) The founder can sell the housing unit by paying the full amount of the housing unit or by taking payment in installments.
(2) The founder may give the accommodation unit to any person or organization for rent or otherwise.
(3) In accordance with sub-section (1) or (2) when selling a housing unit or allowing it to be enjoyed by rent or other means, an agreement as mentioned in section 15 shall be entered into.
(4) In accordance with sub-section (1) or (2), while selling the housing unit or allowing it to be enjoyed by rent or other means, the founder shall also give a certificate in the prescribed format to the owner of the housing unit.
